Zingiber
Zingiber is a later addition to the Vieso line: a shampoo and conditioner pair for the oily scalp, built around ginger with St John's wort alongside it. It exists for the client whose hair is clean in the morning and flat by evening. Both bottles are 800ml — the backbar size — so the pair works behind a salon sink as well as at home.
Zingiber Scalp Oil Control Shampoo 800ml
The wash half of the Zingiber pair, made for scalps that over-produce oil and the flat, weighed-down hair that comes with them. Ginger is the botanical the range is named for; St John's wort sits alongside it in the formula. It is a scalp-first shampoo — the one to reach for when a client says their hair is greasy again by the end of the day.
Massage into a lather at the scalp on wet hair, then rinse well. Follow with the matching Zingiber conditioner.
Zingiber Scalp Oil Control Conditioner 800ml
The conditioning half of the Zingiber pair, built on the same ginger and St John's wort base as the shampoo. An oily scalp does not mean the lengths get to skip conditioning — this is the bottle for the mid-lengths and ends of hair that gets washed often. Applied away from the roots, it completes the routine the shampoo starts.
After the Zingiber shampoo, work through mid-lengths and ends, keeping it off the roots. Leave it a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
